Service purpose
CalDone is being designed to help organize information from schedules into reviewable events for the calendar a user already uses. CalDone is not a replacement calendar or an emergency notification service.
User review and approval
Users are responsible for reviewing and approving event information before adding it to a calendar. The original schedule remains authoritative. Users should verify important event information with the source organization.
No perfect interpretation
CalDone cannot guarantee that every source can be interpreted perfectly. Source organizations may change schedules without CalDone automatically knowing.
Not for critical notifications
The service is not intended for emergency, medical, safety-critical, or legally mandated notification. Do not rely on CalDone as the sole source for information where a missed or incorrect event could create serious harm.
Uploaded content
You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to provide uploaded content for processing. Do not upload content you are not authorized to use.
Permitted and prohibited use
Use CalDone only for lawful, authorized schedule organization. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to process information in a way that violates another person’s rights.
Third-party services
CalDone may rely on third-party services needed to provide calendar or processing functionality. Applicable third-party terms may also apply.
Subscriptions and purchases
Subscriptions or purchases, if offered after launch, will be governed by applicable store terms and the production terms presented at that time.
Intellectual property
CalDone branding and service materials remain the property of their respective owners. You retain rights in content you provide, subject to the permissions needed to operate the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, CalDone will not be responsible for decisions made solely from unverified or incorrectly interpreted schedule information. This notice does not state a complete limitation-of-liability provision.
Termination and future changes
Access may be suspended or ended where needed for safety, abuse prevention, or service operation. These terms may change as the service develops; material production changes will be communicated through the production service.
