Privacy Policy
Effective date: September 2026
This notice is not attorney-reviewed legal advice.
Schedule information you provide
You may supply schedule photos, screenshots, files, PDFs, or pasted text for processing. CalDone may derive schedule and event information from those materials so it can organize the schedule into reviewable events.
Calendar and account information
Calendar access is intended to occur only as needed for user-requested calendar functions. Account or anonymous identifiers may be used where needed to provide and protect the service.
Data minimization
Diagnostics should be privacy-minimized. Logs and analytics, if used in the production service, should avoid raw source images, full schedule text, unnecessary person names, and calendar contents.
Source documents and retention
Source documents are intended as temporary processing inputs rather than permanent document storage. This notice does not state an exact retention period.
Children and advertising
CalDone is being designed without a child-account model and without behavioral advertising. Schedule data is not intended to be sold for advertising.
Service providers
Third-party service providers may process limited data necessary to provide the service. Applicable providers and purposes will be identified in the service disclosures.
Your rights and choices
You may contact CalDone with privacy questions or a request related to your account or data. See the Account & Data Deletion page for the available deletion path.
